WHO WE ARE

BEN BRADLEY

Ben has extensive experience in the delivery of interesting and challenging projects, mainly in the residential sector but also in education and mixed-use developments. Bringing all this expertise and knowledge, he set up HONED Projects to provide the very best complete service to his clients.

With a foundation in Construction Management, he soon found his niche in the Design Management of projects, and has been working with clients, architects and build teams for the past 20 years to deliver some truly unique projects that relied on his leadership and the careful management and deployment of each contributor’s skill. Ben says,

“I enjoy my role as an enabler; finding and delivering solutions to technical, commercial or design problems that allow a client to achieve the desired result.”

KELLIE BRADLEY

Kellie is passionate about creating stunning spaces that truly reflect her clients’ taste and personality. She revels in solving problems and coming up with inventive solutions to make spaces work harder for her clients. Whilst Kellie has worked formally in the property and construction industry for over 15 years, she says,

“I’ve been surrounded by construction and renovation projects my whole life, living with property developer parents! I’ve realised that property and building projects are in my blood. I eat, sleep and breathe interiors; it’s the inherent language I speak!”

Not only has she provided Interior Design and Project Delivery for many private clients, she has also worked with a luxury house builder for the past 9 years and is well versed in creating the internal specifications, fixtures and finishes for new signature homes.
